Commercial and Residential Land Development

In the 1950s, Johnson Imperial became involved with land development in Hastings, Grand Island, and Kearney, Nebraska. Many of our earliest tracts involved 20 to 40-acre land parcels. Later we aquired 80-acre, 160-acre, and 320-acre tracts and began large-scale, mixed-use land development activities. Currently, we are developing residential subdivisions west of the Imperial Mall and north of the Lochland Country Club in Hastings, as well as in Windsor Estates in Kearney, NE, near W. 48th Street.
